Whether you’re fuelling up before a session or recovering afterwards, the right meal can make all the difference. The following balanced meals work well both pre- and post-training. Aim to eat these meals about 2.5 to 3 hours before training or within 60 minutes after to support recovery.
Combine all into a mixing bowl with a fork. Place a handful of spinach in the center of a tortilla and top with the tuna mix. Roll the tortilla as a wrap.
Toss everything into a bowl with a drizzle of dressing and mix.
Build your bowl, then add sour cream and salsa on top.
Cook in sandwich press until crispy and cheese melts.
